At Pink Orchid Interiors all your items are bespoke made just for you and as such delivery times may vary

Our aim is to have your items dispatched in 2-3 weeks of receiving your order.

Please allow at least 3 weeks before contacting re delivery.

All items are sent via tracked courier service and may require a signature.

You will receive a confirmation email or text once your item has been dispatched (please check junk mail)

Your order will be delivered to the address supplied at checkout so please make sure this is correct before confirming.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for the wrong details being supplied.

Delivery prices are based on the size and weight of the parcel dispatched and also on the delivery location.

Delivery charges will be calculated once you reach the checkout

Shipping prices are for UK mainland only, there will be an extra charge for locations listed below so please ask for a cost before checkout
