Damage items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit please email us within 48 hours of receiving the item/s. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period. We will then require you to send an email/photograph to us so that we can see the damage and discuss the return. After we receive your email, an exchange or refund will be offered. Our courier will need photographic evidence of the damaged item for us to make a claim
Returns
We advise to use our sample service for the true colour of the fabrics as computer displays may not be an accurate representation of the item.
